Shoplifter banned from wearing wigs after series of thefts across East HampshireMrs Rowell has been the senior lunchtime supervisor at the village junior school for 25 years, and the school celebrated her achievement in a special assembly and presented Claire with a gift voucher and a watch.
In addition, every child wrote special congratulations and a ’thank you’ message.
Executive headteacher Michele Frost said: “Claire Rowell is simply amazing. We really don’t know what we would do without her.
“She is one in a million, caring, looking out for every child and making lunchtimes fun. We all love her, adults and children alike.”
Claire has no intention of retiring and plans on doing another 25 years – and the school is thrilled with the news.
