EX-EGGARS students spanning the last seven decades went back to school for a social evening to celebrate changes at the school, view new buildings, chat to current students and exchange memories.

They were joined by businesses, the mayor cllr Graham Titterington, town councillors, school trustees and governors.

Eggar’s School has registered with the national education charity Future First which helps state schools and colleges develop ‘old school tie’ networks enabling them to harness the talents and experience of alumni to support the current generation.
