PUPILS from St Andrew's Infant School waved home-made Union Flags as they lined the playground to welcome a royal visitor to their school last week.

The Duke of Kent visited the school last Tuesday to officially open the new mezzanine floor and kick off the school's 150-year anniversary celebrations.
