THE rain held off as Rotherfield Scout District held their annual St George's Day parade in Alton on Sunday.

Members of the movement paraded from the Market Square to the Alton Maltings Centre for the service which was led by Howard Wright, vicar of Four Marks and district chaplain, accompanied by the Harvest Church.
