IT may be September but there was a festive feeling to last week's Farnham Initiative sub-committee meeting as members agreed the draft budget for the town's Christmas events.
A total of £12,495 was expected to be agreed last night (Thursday) by the town council's amenities committee for the Christmas "switch-on" day as well as other events during December.
