HOUSEHOLDS in Liphook and Bramshott have been hit with another large four-figure bill for the cost of a second parish council by-election in less than a year.

After the parish had been left with a bill for more than £9,000 for the December by-election, it has been revealed that the April hustings won by Jeremy Ausin-Olsen has cost local taxpayers a further £8,000.
