REMEMBRANCE services will be held at Haslemere High Street War Memorial at 11am, on Saturday and Sunday, this weekend with several being held in local villages.

On Sunday, a service of Remembrance will be held at 10am at St Bartholomew’s Church, followed by a procession through the town to the war memorial, where wreaths will be laid. Refreshments will be available afterwards at Haslemere Hall.

Waverley Mayor Simon Inchbald will attend the 9.30am service at his local church, St Mary’s Church, in Chiddingfold, before laying wreaths at the village war memorial.
