A FATHER of three from Farnham has won substantial damages from the NHS after a catalogue of errors by staff at Frimley Park Hospital in 2004 left him paralysed with long-term brain damage.
After a five-year legal battle Colin Freeman, 44, formerly an aviation scientist at Farnborough, has received an undisclosed seven-figure sum after the trust admitted liability and apologised in May 2007 following an investigation.
