THE sensitive Sheet gap on the outskirts of Petersfield could be lost for ever if a proposal for 100 homes goes ahead.
The proposal is for a "high quality housing development set within a landscape framework". It is planned to be built on just over 12 acres either side of the Sheet link approach to the town off the A3 and relates to the review of the local plan – the latest blueprint for planning in the area.
