A NEW shopping mall, cafe and Smarter Working Centre could be opening in Bordon High Street if a businessman can get planning permission for the enterprise.

Sam Brice is already well known in the town because he owns OSL Promotional Clothing, and for the past few months he and his dad John have been converting the building that houses the shop into a complex of shops and offices.
