PETERSFIELD Town have appointed first-team coach Matt Short as their new manager – and made changes to the management structure of the Wessex League Division One club.

Short had been with Town since former boss Paul Ryan joined the club.

Petersfield chairman Ian Essai said that officials were keen to have continuity and Short was the unanimous choice.
