AFTER a long legal delay the sale of St Martin's Hall from the Church to the St Martin's Hall Community Trust was fast-tracked through in time for an official re-opening ceremony "under new ownership", coinciding with The Bourne Show on Saturday.

The sale was completed just 24 hours before the opening ceremony, which was performed by Waverley mayor Carole Cockburn.
