SINGER Colleen Gormley from Farnham dug out her best outfit to grace the stage, as she sung her heart out on BBC’s singing contest The Voice UK on Saturday.
The 28 year old charmed celebrity judges Ricky Wilson, Will.i.am, Paloma Faith and Boy George, and secured herself three successful chair turns, as she performed Ronan Keating’s ‘When You Say Nothing At All’ in the final round of blind auditions.
Her rendition of the loveable Keating’s song, soon got the judges on their feet, while Will-i.am and Boy George continued to make glances over at each other before deciding to turn around, Paloma and Ricky were up on their feet having a slow dance.
After gliding through the nerve-wracking performance she had not just one judge to choose from but three. She will now go through to the next round of the competition as Team Will.
