SIR Bernard Ingham, former Press Secretary to Margaret Thatcher, delivered a rousing speech at South West Surrey Conservative Association Annual Dinner at the Frensham Pond Hotel on Friday night.
Hosted by Michael Goodridge, association president, the dinner was attended by key workers, councillors, activists and members of the South West Surrey Conservative Association.
