ANGRY residents of Weybourne and Heath End have described Waverley's refuse service as "appalling" after the council asked them to wait one whole month between rubbish collections.

After failing to remove the bins because of snow on the ground last Monday, the council has still not taken rubbish from some residents, telling them to wait until next Monday - four weeks after the last collection.
