A PETERSFIELD sweet shop faces a serious battle to survive, since the opening of the new 99p Store has more than halved takings.
The new bargain High Street superstore opened just three weeks ago in the former Woolworths premises, but the owner of Betty-Marie's traditional sweet shop in the Folly Market says her takings have gone down by around 60 per cent.
