A FARNHAM Hospital ward renowned for the treatment of dementia is closing, with patients being transferred to an independent nursing home in Godalming.
Shocked staff and relatives learned this week that 14 elderly mentally ill patients on Tanner Ward are to be treated at the purpose-built Jubilee House from late April/early May.
