SPECSAVERS has lent its support to a festive fun run raising money for the care of a terminally ill infant from Farnham.

The family of eight-month-old Isabella Richards, born in March with rare genetic condition Cri Du Chat, are appealing for people to tackle a mile-long obstacle course at The Traction Club in Aldershot on December 13.

All money raised from the event will help fund specialist equipment to make Isabella’s short life that little bit easier.

Specsavers in Farnham has donated £200 worth of vouchers for a raffle as well as encouraging its customers to take part.

People of all ages and fitness are invited to run, walk, hop or skip the course for £5 each - and festive fancy dress is optional.
