HOLLYWATER residents are prisoners in their own homes because of speeding traffic, it was claimed by Whitehill Town Councillor Geraldine Wilson on Monday, October 16.
Hampshire County Council was investigating proposals to extend speed limits on the Liphook Road and introduce a 30 mph limit on the Walldown Road, but have now dropped the plans, saying they would be unworkable.
