Bordon and surrounding villages could have their own sports council for the first time in September if a chairman can be found.
At a meeting of the Bordon Whitehill and District Sports Forum on Tuesday, two volunteers came forward to take on the roles of secretary and treasurer, and the hope was expressed that a chairman would come forward at the next meeting in September.
