WAVERLEY planners have said they're still working towards tackling the eyesore of unauthorised sheds sited in the grounds of Grade II Listed Bourne Mill - more than 16 years after the property first appeared on council enforcement reports.
Despite successful appeal outcomes in the 1990s, and a successful prosecution of the owner in 1997, the use of the land around the mill for retail display and storage has continued unchecked.
