MORE than £85,000 worth of specialist diving and sports watches have been stolen in a raid near Alton.

Intruders forced their way into the premises at the Farringdon Business Park in Lower Farringdon. An extensive and untidy search was undertaken and a large amount of specialist diving equipment stolen.

The stolen watches are easily identifiable and traceable as each unit has a serial number and comprehensive records are kept by the company. Members of the public are asked not to be tempted if offered one of these watches at a knock down price.
