THE Lightbox gallery and museum is delighted to welcome the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) in Farnham back for a collaborative exhibition featuring the very best artwork of BA and MFA photography students in their graduating year.

’Highlights from the University for the Creative Arts, Farnham’ will offer visitors an opportunity to explore work produced by emerging talent from the photography department.

This is the third collaborative exhibition at The Lightbox to show work from students and graduates of UCA, and the relationship between the two organisations goes from strength to strength.

The work on show has been carefully selected from final year photography students’ recent work by Lightbox exhibitions intern and MFA photography student, Elizabeth Ransom, with support from The Lightbox exhibitions team and UCA professors Anna Fox and Natasha Caruana.

The exhibition will show a diverse selection of artwork from 21 talented students, with a variety of themes ranging from family, identity and perceptions of disability to an exploration of the role of trees in an urban landscape. Other artists have used photography as a medium to explore different aspects of memory.

It will be on display from January 5 to January 31 at The Lightbox gallery and museum in Woking, entry to the exhibition is free of charge.
