VISITORS enjoyed blazing sunshine for the annual Lindford village fete.

Held on June 17, around the village hall on Sycamore Road, the traditional event saw fete goers enjoy food, drink and entertainment.

“Despite the exceptionally hot weather, we had a good turnout of people to enjoy a wide and varied afternoon of displays and attractions for all ages,” said Lindford parish clerk Stephen Holden.

“Lindford fete goes from strength to strength and plans are already in place for June 16, 2018.”
