HUNDREDS of Petersfield residents took time out from enjoying the bank holiday festivities to add their weight to a petition against proposed developments in the town.

Town watchdog group The Petersfield Society recently launched its 4Sites Campaign, and more than 400 people visited its tent on the High Street over the weekend to support its opposition to the release of land for development in Petersfield.
