A PETERSFIELD mum has spoken out about the plight of the town's Sure Start children's centre as Hampshire County Council presses on with it planned cuts of more than £20m to children's services thoughout the county.

She accuses the county council of "unfairness" in holding a public consultation which is not due to end until March 14, and then setting its budget cuts to children's services more than two weeks before the consultation is due to close.
