THE creators of a blueprint for the future of Petersfield have earmarked an exclusive part of town for dozens of new homes.

Development between Bell Hill Ridge and Tilmore Road could be inevitable if the Petersfield Neighbourhood Plan gets the green light.

And it looks like land off Sussex Road, Paddock Way and the Kennet Road estate could also have a date with the digger over the next 17 years.

The sites all feature prominently on a list of three options on where development should take place before 2030.
