ELECTIONS to Surrey County Council take place on Thursday, May 4.

All county council seats will be up to contest in the election which takes place every four years. Polling hours will be 7am to 10pm.

Anyone considering standing will need to submit their nomination papers in person by making an appointment with the deputy returning officer at Waverley Council’s offices in Godalming.

This must be from Monday, March 27, between 10am and 4pm, up until Tuesday, April 4.
