AN art competition for children aged seven to 12 will celebrate the launch of new after-school art classes in Haslemere. Artspiration, which runs classes throughout the Home Counties, will hold weekly sessions at Shottermill Junior School, on Fridays, at 4pm.

The group is running a competition to raise awareness with the chance of winning five weeks’ free tuition at its new Haslemere base.

The competition theme is spring and entrants should take a photo of their artwork and email it to: artspiration [email protected] with their names, age and contact details for their parents/guardians, by Monday, February 20.
