FARNHAM Maltings is inviting friends and neighbours to come together for afternoon tea on Saturday.

The Farnham Afternoon Tea seeks to bring people from a range of backgrounds and ages together to make new connections and celebrate what is great about where we live.

With free tea and cake, games, live music, dancing and plenty of children’s activities, the event promises to be a fun and social afternoon for all.

Any budding Mary Berrys or Paul Hollywoods are encouraged to bring along a sweet treat to share with friends old and new.

Community ambassadors from district groups and organisations will be on hand to share information on how you can get more involved in the wider community.

The Farnham Foodbank will be hosting a donation drop-off point to collect vital food and household items to support people in need.

Free transport will be available courtesy of the Farnham Hoppa bus.

The afternoon runs from 2.30pm-4.30pm.
