A TEENAGER caught vandalising a bench in Farnham town centre has been punished by having to undertake a litter-pick in the area he damaged.

The 16 year old was spotted by the local neighbourhood officer as he etched graffiti on a bench with a black marker pen on Saturday, June 6.
