A BORDON man was fined £350 for stealing a trolley full of food.

Dean Craig stole between £300 and £400 of groceries from Tesco Causeway on September 13.

The court heard that the 48-year-old man, of Apollo Drive, pushed a large trolley of unpaid-for goods out of the entrance to an awaiting vehicle.

Craig was sentenced and fined last Thursday at Aldershot Magistrates Court, after admitting to one count of theft.
