PLANS to build a Tesco store in Petersfield are still on hold, nine months after the supermarket giants were given the go ahead for outline planning permission subject to agreement on a number of conditions.
Now East Hampshire District Council are to write to the county surveyors who they believe are delaying the process to speed things up.
