TWO local NHS watchdogs have branded A&E waiting times at Frimley Park and the Royal Surrey County hospitals "unacceptable" after carrying out spot checks this week.
The two community health councils were particularly concerned about the casualty ward at the Royal Surrey in Guildford, where the South West Surrey CHC found one patient had waited 39 hours.
