THEATRE supporters have accused Waverley officers of acting like dictators, after they approved an application involving demolition of the Redgrave Theatre under delegated powers.

Waverley had received 74 objections to the application for Listed Building Consent to extend and convert Brightwell House to two restaurants following the demolition of the attached theatre.
