THE proprietors of the newspaper kiosk at Alton railway station have been forced to shut up shop after repeated incidents of theft.
Alexander Erskine ran the kiosk with his father, Duncan, and has done for the last ten years. However, since January this year they have been repeatedly targeted by thieves.
