WHITEHILL Police have released a CD-fit of a man who threatened a tool hire company manager with bolt croppers after he discovered three burglars in his premises.
The 55-year-old managing director Charlie Kemp called the police from his office after he managed to scare the intruders off when he saw them running across the yard in the early hours.
