THREE women were arrested following a fight at a pub in Fleet.

Police detained a 43–year–old woman from Hook, along with two 27–year–olds from Fleet. They were all released on bail until July 18.

Hampshire Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in the bar at the Prince Arthur pub in Fleet Road, near the offices of Hart District Council, on May 21.

A 45–year–old woman suffered serious injuries in the incident, which flared up at around 11.30pm. The arrests were made on suspicion of Section 18, grievous bodily harm with intent.

Police say they have spoken to a number of witnesses. But they still want to interview a couple who were in the pub, but who they have not yet been able to identify. They are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to get in contact by calling 101, quoting police reference number 44160190876.
