A FARNHAM town councillor has called for time restrictions to be placed on the application to demolish the Redgrave Theatre.

David Beaman, independent member for Upper Hale, has requested that if the application is approved then permission would lapse if Crest Nicholson and Waverley Borough Council fail to sign a new contract by December 31.
