ALTON Town's precept for 2009/10 was ratified at a full council meeting held on Wednesday, December 17, and will stand, as proposed, at £430,000.
The figure, which allows for a small growth in housing stock, will represent a 3.1 per cent increase on this year's precept of £415,000.
