HASLEMERE town councillor Stephen Mulliner is back home after helping Great Britain to retain the World Team Croquet Championship for the MacRobertson Shield.
But the contest was far closer than expected after Britain, who were the firm favourites to win, ended up beating New Zealand only in the final game of the final match.
