"ALTON is ready for change", to be pioneered, if all goes to plan, by a new Town Initiatives Manager.
Expected to start from April next year, on a three-day a week basis, the new managerial post will be funded in part by EHDC, with Alton Town Council invited to match-fund the £13,000 a year salary.
