PETERSFIELD and Liphook look set, yet again, to be the most expensive places in East Hampshire to live following the announcement this week that average tax bills will rise by around five per cent.

Members of East Hampshire District Council's policy and resources committee were examining the figures on Wednesday night. They were due to make a recommendation on the council tax to the full council on February 22.
