THE people of Haslemere are being urged to support a huge fundraising campaign to buy Kingsdale Resource Centre for the Elderly in a desperate attempt to keep the much-needed home in the town.
Lucy Charman, the leader of the action group formed by the residents of Kinsgdale and their relatives following the announcement of the closure plans in May, is setting up a trust, the aim of which will be to raise enough money to buy the home.
