THE Deadwater Valley Trust invited town snappers out into the wild at the weekend to capture on camera some of Whitehill and Bordon’s best natural scenes (pictured).

Hosted on November 12 by photographer Richard Ford, the trust’s photography event was deemed a success.

“These (events) are becoming very popular and we are hoping to run another one in the new year,” said ranger Jenny Clarke.

* The trust has joined forces with the Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company to provide 24 hours of ranger service per week at the Hogmoor Inclosure, in Bordon. ?Brendan Finnegan will lead the practical management and maintenance, helped by Terry Read and Mrs Clarke. Jamie Cummins, senior countryside ranger, will assume a management role.
