PETERSFIELD'S traders will be sending a clear message to car parking chiefs at East Hampshire District Council demanding that they think again about proposals to increase charges.
The demands come after the results of a survey sent to more 100 local businessmen asking for views on a number of issues relating to the controversial issue.
