APPEALS for urgent road improvements to help boost Wey Hill have been heeded by Surrey County Council.

Businesse owners who had called for Wey Hill to be prioritised protested that it should have been in the Operation Horizon list of roads in the flagship programme, which is part of a £100m county council investment to tackle the root cause of potholes and grow the economy.
