VILLAGERS around Bordon and Whitehill who claim to be 'prisoners in their own homes' have welcomed a new report into speeding traffic through rural communities.

Problems with fast-moving traffic affect the residents of Standford and Hollywater and both villages have wholeheartedly embraced the report by the Council for the Protection of Rural England (CPRE).
