MOTORISTS on the A3 at Hindhead will be asked to take part in roadside surveys as part of the consultation into the proposed Hindhead tunnel scheme.

The surveys will start on Sunday (March 19) at 16 roadside locations and will cover motorist's origins, destinations and journey purposes as well as asking how journeys would be affected if a toll on the tunnel was introduced.
