SOUTH West Trains has come under fire following what the Alton Line Users Association has described as "chaos" on the Alton to Waterloo line last week.

Some passengers were stranded for more than four hours on stationary trains, with some having to get out and walk along the line, forcing the company to turn off the power and ground a large part of the network.
